- Government Files Online® does not offer a trial membership. However, through our screenshot you can see for yourself how our state page looks and how easy it is to access the public records you need. And we also have a Satisfaction Guaranteed 3-day refund policy.
- How many people can access Government Files Online® through one membership?
- The number of people able to access our secure content will depend on the subscription type, as follows:
- Individual and Daily: One user
- Small Business: Unlimited users, from one location
- Enterprise: Unlimited users, from unlimited locations
- Can I access Government Files Online® from a location other than my business?
- Yes, you may access Government Files Online® at work, at home or when traveling if you have purchased an Individual subscription or if your business has purchased a Enterprise subscription. If you have purchased a Small Business subscription, your access is limited to one location (your office). In that case, you may want to consider upgrading your membership to Enterprise. Please email us at support@governmentfilesonline.com to request an upgrade. Please read our terms for additional information on multiple users and access.
