How many people can access through one subscription?
The number of people able to access our secure content will depend on the subscription type, as follows:
  • Individual and Trial: One user
  • Small Business: 25 users, from one location
  • Enterprise: 35 users, from unlimited locations
Can I access from a location other than my business?
Yes, you may access at work, at home or when traveling if you have purchased an Individual subscription or if your business has purchased a Enterprise subscription. If you have purchased a Small Business subscription, your access is limited to one location (your office). In that case, you may want to consider upgrading your subscription to Enterprise.
